Maryann And Jen’s Roasted Red Pepper Potato Salad

Here is an recipe for roasted red pepper potato salad that my friend Maryann and I made.

Ingredients:

6 Potatoes

 3 Tablespoons of Mayo

2 Tablespoons of Parsley

2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder

1 Can of Roasted Red Peppers

 1.  Slice the potatoes into thin slices.

2.  Boil water and then add potatoes.

3.  Let them cook until till they are fork tender. After they cook strain them.

4.  After you strain them add them to a mixing bowl then add the mayo. Then mix them together.

5.  Then add the parsley, garlic, and the roasted red peppers then mix the ingredients.

6.  Put the potato salad in the refrigerator to let it chill and then serve.

Her and I made this because I don’t like the store bought potato salad. The reason I dont like the store bought is because of the celery flavor.
